3. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms outlined in your service agreement. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We won’t disclose your business information, financial data, or strategic plans to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, methodologies, tools, and content provided by Chief Rebel Inc. remain our intellectual property. You may use these materials for your own business purposes but may not redistribute, resell, or share them with third parties without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Chief Rebel Inc. provides software and informational tools only. We don’t guarantee specific business outcomes, valuations, or exit results. Our outputs are based on the information you provide. You’re responsible for all business decisions and their outcomes.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms of the service agreement. Chief Rebel Inc. reserves the right to terminate services immediately if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that’s harmful to our business or other clients.

9. Email Communications & Marketing

By providing your email address through any of our tools, assessments, calculators, or forms, you agree to receive marketing and informational emails from Chief Rebel Inc.. These emails may include helpful business tips, insights, resources, and promotional content related to our services. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email. Unsubscribing will not affect any existing service agreements.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
